I have been told by informed sources that such videos are stored in special CIA vaults to be used only in times of impending invasion of the homeland. They will be broadcast on huge screens to be set up along the Eastern seaboard, and serve both as beacons of national unity to rally our troops, and weapons to strike fear into the hearts of the enemy.

They are not deemed suitable for general public distribution at the moment, but be alert - not unlike buses and Higg's bosons, you'll see none for ages, and then a whole bunch will show up at once ;)
