You realize that Alliacense licenses other IPs.. some they own 100%, some not. PLease show me where it was stated that Nicholas Antonopoulos was hired soley for the MMP? He came aboard after the TPL group bought/mergered with the company he worked at prior. According to TPL "he will be responsible for identifying, evaluating and negotiating the purchase of Intellectual Property and related technology assets that can be commercialized by TPL and its enterprise companies." The MMP was already in the hands of TPL so i doubt he has any dealings with the MMP.....

His job is to find new products ( "Suppliers") and business for TPL..... his responsibility does not include licensing... that probably falls on MIKE DAVIS Vice President of Licensing.... his job is to sell whatever Nicholas brings to the table...

Does MosChip need the MMP license... maybe..maybe not... but if TPL is 50% owner of the MMP and they feel MosChip needs this license..im sure they approached them and working on the deal.... TPL is not going to roll dead after collecting $240 million in REV...........
