The SEC charges investment bank (Stock traders) with fraud of 200 mil, Brokers answer "we neither confirm or deny the charges" SEC fines the house 4 mill.... nice. I rob a bank of a mill, go before a judge and say I neither confirm or deny the charges, judge fines me $40,000. I go home and look up the next bank. great huh. what a life....t
