This stock doesn't have to be manipulated. The fact is the S/P is where it should be considering the lack of transparancy concerning the MMP and the burden of the USPTO. RG is doing a great job, but until numbers are made public and some resemblance of guidance is provided don't expect anything. Steady growth, along with favorable USPTO decision, and no selling into rallies, would restore shareholder confidence and do wonders for the S/P. Until then volume indicates there is not much interest.
