1. Road map for getting listing on Nasdaq?

2. How much is being spent for Alliacense people and what controls are in place to verify their time is not being spent on other TPL patents. PTSC should not be paying for half the salaries while they work for TPL.

3. Why are the salaries for our current BOD so much higher than the industry standards? Are there plans to address this inequity?
