Sure, go ahead and ask the question to calm this perceived concern. But recognize that what you're asking is "is Alliacense/TPL blatantly committing fraud?". Also recognize, since there are other entities involved, that you're asking "is PTSC a party to committing fraud?". But no harm in asking, without using the word "fraud".
