You repeated the question, and added a little to it. I was responding to the original question, as well as your's.

The question of appropriate charging of resources is a question about fraud. We, PTSC, could be the victim of fraud, or an (unknowing, perhaps) perpetrator. If, as suggested by the premise of the question, there is a concern about fraud, that concern would be shared by the other entities ultizing Alliacense's services. If Nupower were added, on top of all the other effort which most likely has been primarily dedicated to the MMP by Alliacense, and the other entities were charged for that effort beyond prorated/shared unseverable expenses, there would be a potential problem. Sure, you could say PTSC was not a direct party, but then who owns Alliacense?

Look below the surface before the attack. After all, I promote asking the question(s) to resolve this perceived issue.

BTW, including NuPower as you attempt would make little sense in the context of that question. It is a separate and distinct question/proposition IMO.
