Since IBIS became partner of PTSC I was wondering, how they will attract new investors. Besides a solid (or hopeful: great) story, they could offer them attractive = low prices to purchase.

One way is to manipulate the shareprice (which I still believe is what's happeing with OTC stocks in general and with this stock in special), the other way is to announce news AFTER the bell.

And "fortunately" they can tell, shareprice depression is happening because of the overall market...

Anyway, if they find new investors, who demanded a buy-price under 0,20, but are willing to hold until the price reaches more than $5, I can accept manipulation...lol
