As fatwallit says..a confirmation order in your hand should work for entry...but if as many companies do, when you enter the meeting place you may be asked to sign in and they'll ask you if you are a shareholder of record(the date the company selected for that was I believe the 8/29).

If you were a shareholder of record on that date they should have your name on file so you can enter as a shareholder....but either way you should be receiving your proxy in the next 2 weeks or so...if not ...call your broker and ask for it.
