15-18 year olds also may depend on their parents for cell phone allowance. 19-25 year olds may have to pay rent for an apartment. It is all relative. Cell phones use in this age group, that would be the primary users of streaming video, use this technology as a luxury. One of the first items to go in hard times. Times may be changing. I hope I am wrong. I hope the sky is not falling.
