I wish, but in reality the reason is as follows:

<3. The California Court held a hearing on Plaintiffs’ Motion on September 19, 2008. As of October 2, 2008, the California Court has not ruled on Plaintiffs’ Motion. Defendants respectfully seek the current extension so that Defendants’ response to the Complaint in this action can take into account the California Court’s ruling on the Motion> Opty
