yes, you might be right but they started going at it about 2 years ago. The T3 could keep on negotiating forever and it wouldn't hurt them hardly at all meanwhile we're losing our livleyhood. Delaying for a third time unopposed must be for some other reason than this snail's pace progress. IMHO

I think I'm just getting a little impatient.
