I could be way off base. Seldom do I post anymore as, like so many others, I'm discouraged with the SP of late.

BUT,

We get news about 3:30 p.m. EST that the '584 has been moved. ( could be a final decision ) Immediately after it's moved, PTSC SP price jumps from dark red to light green.

I'm hoping I see a smoking gun here.
