"So as we can see, when the PTO finishes their reexams on the 148 and 336 and even the 584, we will see a pop in the PPS but remember it will be many of the posters and readers here, not newbies IMO, causing the pop.....will it be sustained?...maybe...but to sustain any PPS we will need some good PR's, some revenue projections, licenses with some heavy $$$ in them and 2-3 ,if not more, good reporting quarters of EPS growth....and last but not least...we need to get off the BB as quick as we can."
Once the patents are reapproved if the company makes a press release that highlights the fact that approximately 250 million has been received in a little under three years with some of that money while that patents were being reviewed, it should result in people other than those very familiar with PTSC buying in. I would if I was a newbie and saw a stock with a 60 million market cap and the potential to garner more than 250 million with patents that had just received a fresh seal of approval from the USPTO despite the new factor of "obviousness" that has been introduced into the landscape of patent law. If new investors are attracted then the increase will probably be sustained. If there are indeed 200 other infingers then the potential is huge with approved patents and a postive markman from the J3 case.
Has the recent changes in the BOD brought in new investors who are waiting on the sidelines to jump in as soon as the patents are approved? I hope so. Whatever RG may tell us I am sure a majority of us remain in this company because of the prospect of approval of the patents and the subsequent increase in share price. While the recent moves are promising an immediate and large increase in share price will come only with a USPTO action (or a positive T3 legal outcome). At least that is what I believe.
