Have others read the notice of concurent proceedings filed on 9/23/08? I just assumed it was related to the T3 litigation, so only got around to reading it today. Surprisingly, it deals with the 584 patent. I realize that the 584 claims the benefit of the 749, but since the 584 is not yet re-certified, what good is the info?

I would think that since the 584 is dependant on the 749, that a notice of the 749 reexam is more important to the 584 examiner than the other way around. My logic must be off somehow. Does anyone else have any thoughts? Opty
