Scroll down to the bottom. The amount is in equity, not debt, but the premise remains the same. For a non-public company to have both the number of shareholders and amount invested as listed here, tells me that the invested funds have probably been used to fund losses. To further back up my thinking, if Crossflo was profitable to any significant extent (7 figures) I am sure we would have paid much more for it, assuming that future profits would be increasing (otherwise why buy it?).

Again, all jmho. So if you don't like my opinion, just ignore it.
