Last 1/4 they called out nonrecurring charges... for operating cost..(M&A... Activities and such)

This 1/4 they did not do this... (My assupmtion is we had lots of M&A stuff with cross flo...Talis NuPower & Avot.. where is that cost).. Would be nice to know what it cost to run the Business... If we ran with 820 last 1/4 it is over a million more... CORRECTIONS?? anyone
