I do not expect all tech companies to be send lil ole PDS money in this environment. They will pay their lawyers...

I know, I am splitting hairs and you probably would've used 5 million in your original post...



When splitting hairs, it is always advisable to read what is written:



$2M for legal advice or $2M towards a license?



So, in answer to your original question, NO, (I do not) ...think we are going to accept two million. Instead of spending $2M on lawyers, I believe that infringing companies will put that money towards purchasing a license.

"In furtherance or partial fulfillment of: contributed five dollars toward the bill"

(Obviously, $5 wouldn't go very far for legal fees - smiley)
