Movement on the patent itself is not what to watch out for...watchthe movement of the reexams..they're what tell the tale

The certificate of service usually is not posted, if ever, on the IFW file (note the other patents reexams and you'll see they're not on the IFW file there either)...it's just an internal form that the examiner turns in on what he's received in the mail or what PTO form has been received...nothing to look out for or informative in most cases.
