"Don't mean to ruin anyone's party but I think AVOT's tech
infringes EDIG's flash memory patents
Britania"
Correct me if I'm wrong, but EDIG's flash patents are I believe all hardware oriented and memory storage oriented, while Avot's tech is software oriented and data acquisition oriented. Thus, I have a difficult time believing there is any infringement as you suggest. EDIG's most powerful (IMO) flash patent has to do with the function of removeable flash memory for a handheld digital recording device. Avot's most powerful patent IMO has to do with the acquisition of streaming video from a myriad or sources and source structures.
Show me where I'm wrong, and how you are correct and not just providing a foundless bash.
