Regarding your second question, Patriot has the option whether or not to engage TPL as the licensing agent for activity outside the MMP portfolio. It has not publicly announced its intention at this time.

Either way, I'm inclined to believe NuPower will be run similar to the MMP regardless of who is running it. Also, I would bank any of the cash should that start to occur. There are going to be costs associated with ongoing licensing, whether it's operations, or other unfortunate avenues such as what the MMP is going through......
