This "crappy economy" may stick around for quite sometime. The financial crisis is enormous and now global. I want any positve settlement of issues....whether it be lawsuits or USPTO validations, to happen NOW. Waiting for a better economy and better market conditions could exceed the patent life of those at issue....Better times are certainly not right around the corner. good luck
