Rg is doing a good job. However, the share price doesn't care off. I understand that as even a good news afterwards is countred with a strange action or bad news. E.g. the new option and share plan.

PTSC has a real problem to atract new investors with such behaviors and furthermore during such hard time investors don't care much about an OTC play. Why to take the risk if you can make easier money with Dow or Nasdaq companies........
