I agree with gcduck---Goerner knew his plans BEFORE getting involved here-I have felt that way since he came aboard. The plans were probably hampered b/c TPL slowed down it's efforts on getting companies to license the MMP-->less monies in our till to acquire companies he wants--->the proposal to increase shares-->buy more companies that fit his game plan. I am not sure what his "gameplan" is, but I do know that data sharing with specific guidelines through out medical, pharma, medicare, and HMO industries is needed.
