It was good to hear that the Iameter deal will be all cash. Hopefully RG has become acutely aware of the shareholders' sensitivity to unecessarily diluting by using shares at these ridiculously low pps levels.

A ray of hope in that perhaps RG sees a higher pps in the not-to-distant future, which is why the Iameter deal is all cash. I haven't tossed those R-C glasses quite yet. However, as a minimum, it certainly coveys the feeling that RG is acknowledging that the shares do not make very good currency at this pps level. All IMHO Opty
