I agree, Swartz selling shares everyday is a distinct possibility, and yes, we know he's certainly sold a large amount in the past. However, we don't know if these sells we are seeing today are his for sure.

At the SHM, CJ stated that Swartz still has a "large holding" in Patriot. That's too bad.

If we get a postive re-exam from the USPTO and/or great success with Crossflo and the other ventures; I believe Swartz will stop selling and ride what he has back up. He's certainly no fool.
