with our stock price on a slide for well over a year...... the MMP potential is great for income... we have made what seems like some great M/A.... we have 7 of the last 8 1/4's with profits... our stock price has continued to slide... every time we get good news selling.. Why?? the possible answer Lincoln LLC & Swartz LLC..... we know they owned 23.7 million shares January 2007 (which was down from 28 million I believe (corrections welcome)).... We know they must report if they own 5%.... or greater... I have seen no update but on MSN(see below)...(who has had incorrect info before.... they are showing 8.4 million in fully diluted which changes from over 23 million.... So is this correct they have only 8.4 million??? feedback please...

If this correct that is 16 million shares sold in about 225 days of trading... which mean on average they sell 71,500 shares per day.... this could be true....
