"...the USPTO re-exam is not a "slam dunk."
Until the SHM I would have agreed 100% with you, but how do you understand this phrase from the presentation page 46:
"Capitalize on expected favorable USPTO action on MMP"
This is something which puzzles me:
- First we are told, they can't say anything about the development with the USPTO (in terms of outcome and time),
- then we were told the market is desperately waiting for the re-validation of the USPTO (one of the reasons for the depressed shareprice),
- then we get to know, that Mr. Goerner is "looking forward to the USPTO decision (in his last two letters)
- and now it seems, that we are one step further and EXPECTING a favorable USPTO action!
But it seems, I'm the only one, who sees this "development", because otherwise the shareprice would have gone through the roof with an "favorable USPTO action" to be expected...lol
This is all a blackbox to me - glty
