The infringing companies aren't exactly rushing to buy a license. They're obviously betting against us. Remember the J-3?? That was also an expected favorable outcome. We had a postivie Markman in our back pocket and look what happened!!! Not being pessimistic - just realistic. I've held this stock too long and I won't get fooled again.
