Makes you wonder?

Thomas Waltz Former CEO at Scripps .Is on the board of peregrine with carlton johnson and swartz .PTSC buying scripps companies .Crossflow ,holocom networks and lamenter, all companies from scripps .It seems to me carlton and mr Waltz at peregrine is setting up buying these companies and not Mr goerner.My question is there a conflict of interest With Mr Waltz (CEO at sripps On the BoD at pphm )carlton johnson( ON the BOD of pphm) mr swartz (on the BOD of pphm )pphm doing work with scripps .It looks like Scripps and peregrine are pretty tight with each other .Johnson should resign asp becouse there to many questions and a conflict of interest with the companies and no trust what so ever with the bod ..
