Rick will be going to Europe to tell the story of PTSC....He is convinced that there are institional investors who will buy PTSC....Not the ones that we hear about on TV.....

Rick is dumbfounded , is that the right word / how about amazed that we are trading at .14......European buyers think longer term than most Americans and he believes that these buyers will not be the FLIPPERS that we have here....
