I'd consider selling MMP if USPTO re-validates

Considering the lack of control PTSC has on MMP revenues, and if USPTO were to re-validate one of the patents within the next couple of months, I'd consider cutting a deal with TPL to sell MMP to them outright. May sound like a wacky scenario, but if they could get the right price now, versus ongoing revenues, it might be worth it, just to allow RG and PTSC to move completely on it's own track.

Obviously, the price would be the key factor, and I'm not sure what the appropriate price would be, but if PTSC could get $200M to $250M now for it, vs. $800M to $1B over 10 years, it could allow RG to pursue a myriad of M&A options now and move things as far as the exchange we trade on, etc.

Probably a thought many will disagree with me on, but thought I'd throw it out there as selling the MMP if properly structured, would remove all the current and future MMP uncertainty (even after the MMP revalidation there will be uncertainty as there will still be legal challenges by infringers), load PTSC with cash and therefore significant additional leverage, and really allow RG total control moving forward.
