Thank you Angela for taking the time out of your busy day to respond and for easing my concerns. I guess for some reason a lot of enities have the scripps name but are not related. Thank you for clarifying.

Holocom was associated with it, but not Iameter or Crossflo.  I have been with
Crossflo since 2004 and now work with both Patriot and Crossflo.  I know the
names of every investor and business affiliation of Crossflo since inception. 
Scripps Venture Capital is not among them.  I am familiar with Iameter as well,
and to the best of my knowledge Scripps Venture Capital has not now or in the
past had any affiliation with them.  And again, Scripps Venture Capital has
nothing to do with Drs. Waltz or Mohlenbrock.
