Do you think continuous selling by Swartz is the diminishing share price "culprit" here? Or does the dreaming up of nefarious plots make everyone feel better in some way?

How exactly is the share price "being manipulated"?

If anything I believe Swartz is selling at a measured pace instead of unloading all at once. Is this manipulation? I hate that the share price is where it right now but remember Occam's Razor. It is usually the most obvious thing that is and has been staring us all in the face for years. Swartz!

Not begrudging the guy his right to sell his shares.

Is there some way that RG can buy Swartz shares in a batch to stop the downward pressure? Dunno but it might be worth some phone calls.

Bottom line is that nobody expected the USPTO reexam process and the J3 settlement to play out the way they have. Thus the excruciating downward pressure on the share price.
