We are where we are- now. Going back and lamenting all the past things that could should would have been done differently does nothing for us now. Launching an investigation does nothing more than perpetuate and amplify the uncertainty that surrounds this investment. Is that what you want? No wonder we have no buyers here. You guys have been crying "foul" for years now even though there are sound explanations for the share price being where it is at right now. You should know better than anyone with all of the research and educating you did on repricing windows etc and how Swarz and Lincoln came by their gazillions of shares. Why is Swarz selling no longer the "real" reason for the share price depreciation NOW of all times?How's all of the suspicion and "there must be something amiss" thinking-how's that going for ALL OF US? You guys have gone around the bend on this one.
