Providing the assumption, that more than 95% of PTSC are in retail hands (according to the last Proxy - though I have a hard time to believe this after the results of the poll) there is only one way, how to transfer 45% of the shares to the institutional hands:
We have to sell our shares to them.
There are two situations, in which we will sell our shares with a bigger probability:
1. If the shareprice is so low, that those, who are still in the green (is there anybody out there??...lol) are afraid of loosing their money, and those, who have to sell, because they need the money (and have to realize a big loss).
2. If the shareprice is so high, that 45% of the shareholders are happy with the price (or glad to get rid of PTSC) and sell.
Now guess, which situation the institutionals like more:
A shareprice @ 10 Cent or a shareprice @ 1 Dollar?
I know, funds are prohibited from buying an OTC company, thus it would be interesting to know, what RG means with "institutional holdings" - in Europe I can only see private holdings held by private investors.
Anyway, my point is: This is a fight and it's not fair. And as I say since more than two years: IMHO the company is intensively "working" at scaring of OTC-investors ("normal" investors won't look at PTSC) - and I guess, they have done a very successful job.
All IMHO - glta
