My inital take on Dan's statement of ownership was that these were the shares from the joint licensing agreement that they signed and Virt made available for our perusal and remembrance of good days long gone... Virt is defintely one of the good guys as is Brian who initally brought this question to the board.

However, as I cannot talk but only listen and think about what I hear.... I watched Leckrone closely and listened to him even closer and he surely indicated that he (not TPL) had bought these shares. I know that some may say that TPL and Leckrone are one and the same but my take was that he personally made an investment in the company.

I may be mistaken and one of the more respected members of this board suggested that I am but right now I would like either the company or Leckrone to clarify this situation. As it was L. was struting his stuff when he asked the board how many shares he owned like it made him out to be the big man in the pool and in fact attempted to put down the shareholder who was questioning the board in what I thought was a very mannerly fashion.

I know if I could have talked I would not have been so polite. Heck if they did all they said they did we should be flying. Then on the other CJ did comment that he had problems with numbers and needed Gloria's help.

One other thing both Leckrones rec'd applause by some members of the meeting so it may just be me but I was really taken aback by his actions and royal demeanor. As I was sitting way in the back I noticed how he paced all over the room and he even at one point made a comment about how the a/v guys had failed the board and left them in the dark by not providing them a monitor. Heck several times he pointed out TPL's London based VP as if we were to be awed by her presence.

Folks, if there is not something going on between our Board and the Leckrones then I will certainly resign my commission in the conspiracy union of America. I am already in deep as I believe that John Moores is stripping the Padres for sale so I now believe that our PTSC board is doing the same to our company.
