I appreciate the responses. You guys know better than I, in terms of body language and Mr. Leckrone's overall demeaner, since you were there. I'm still uneasy about his role at the SHM and find it somewhat troubling that the man asserted himself in such a manor. I'm not trying to make mountains out of mole hills but, it certainly gets your attention. It's strange to think two companies that were practically mortal enemies and yet one of Mr. Leckrone's biggest concerns at the time was BOD compensation on his enemies side, say what? This coming from a person who's personal history is less than stellar. If nothing else, it appears that the Leckrone's are taking a more active roll in PTSC. How else is an investor supposed to take Mr. Leckrone's behavior? I've seen one instance when my companies Senior VP put one of our BOD members back in his place. The difference being it was "our" BOD member and "our" VP. This is different. I guess we will know soon enough. Thanks again.
