Here are some answers to your questions... most dont need to be asked because we already know the answer.
If MMP revenues remain stalled out, or if we have trouble with the
reexam result, how long can our cash last ? ----- Take a look at past balance sheets/cash flows and seewhere the biggest expenses have been. How long did PTSC exist before the MMP revenue.........
"Can PTSC remain solvent until adoption or sufficient revenues are generated from Crossflo's business ?" - Sure... why not... the company survived before recieving the MMP revenue. Also see cash position... can always secure additional financing at worse case. You will also get more information on this with the release of the 2009 revenue plan from Crossflo...
"What is our Burn rate, now, and with the addition of Lameter, and what is the time projection for those kinds of revenue numbers ?" - As per the newsletter PTSC investors will get a revenue plan for 2009 with respect to Crossflo. PTSC has not yet acquired Lameter..so lets hold discussion about the revenue projects when that information is released..
"To satisfy our increasing funding needs, is a Secondary Offering of
the 100,000,000 shares being contemplated ? That would be one way for the company to directly raise capital and to achieve a 15%
Institutional ownership level at the same time" - Very possible, thats why PTSC brought the increased authorized shares proposal to the shareholders. Shareholder approved......
