As I have posted a few times now...I cannot and do not understand how, we, as a public compaay can go this long without an elected/appionted COB.

Many htings may have us scratching our heads lately, but...to go this long with no one person to be responsible for and to the shareholders, and to be solely in place for the benefit and protection of our investment...has me more than astonished.

I do not have and cannot retrieve a copy of the corporate BY-Laws....but I'd bet there is something in there that points out how and when the COB should be installed...

And by the way...chairman of any committee... is NOT the same as an elected/appointed COB for the welfare of the shareholders investment.
