I agree that the buys are significant, but remember who they work for also. There are a lot of blue chip companies near penny stock prices, but betting on the home team has some significance also.

I am hoping for some PTO news in December. The litigation search is a good indicator. Maybe all this recent buying ties into that. We shall see.
