I believe the recent surge of insider buying also indicates that Swartz has finally reached either ZERO shares and and amount of share he intends to hold on to as an investment in PTSC.

After all, would an insider want to purchase any amount of shares with the knowledge Swartz would be selling into their purchase but also the good news of same.
