I hope I'm wrong but it wouldn't surprise me at all if a lot of these state agencies, and federal for that matter, have a lot of their "planned projects" on "hold" right now.
With the economy such as it currently is many states are cutting back on expenditures due to the lack of tax revenue receipts as compared to their projections for '08/'09
I know in my state the budget cuts were just announced for $488 Million and there may be more coming. So Crossflo may have won some contracts for their services but it's possible that many of the awarded and proposed contracts are on "the back burner" for right now.
