I think it's been established that Patriot insiders read this board.

If I were on the BOD and I knew that many shareholders: questioned my value to the company, questioned my loyalty to the company because I wasn't buying any shares and actually wanted me removed - I think I would "feel the pressure" and gladly kick in a quarter of my compenation to show my loyalty and respect for the company.

Now shareholders are cheering on the BODs for their buys instead of asking for them to be removed and the BODs continue on with this great gig without anyone nipping at their heels.
