Dec - 60K shares - .12/sh = $7,200

Jan - 60K shares - .18/sh = $10,800

Feb - 60K shares - .20/sh =$12,000

Mar - 60K shares - .30/sh = $18,000

Apr - 60K shares - .50/sh = $30,000

May - 60K shares - .70/sh = $42,000

After 6 mo - Invested $120K and at your scenario now worth $360K (360K shares x $1/sh)

June - 60K shares - $1/sh = $60,000

July - 60K shares - $1.20/sh = $72,000

etc. etc.

Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but in the plan type I'm referencing, each person can specify their parameters for purchasing, ie. if the price reaches a certain level, buying is suspended, or if it drops below a certainl level, buying is suspended, or increased, or postponed, etc.

The point is that the plan projects confidence and committment in the company through a regimented plan of buying. It can be tailored to protect the person buying, though to do so too much would admittedly negate the desired effect. But it also allows them to continue to buy during the quiet periods when deals are being negotiated, and the news blackout creates uncertainty, and thus create share price support.

In essence it's a win win IF THEY BELIEVE WHAT THEY'VE PUBLICLY PRONOUNCED over and over over the last 12 months.
