PTSC no longer covered by Reuters

Reuters dropped PTSC coverage with its last updated report dated 21 Nov 2008.

The previous (last) rating Reuters provided for PTSC was "OUT PERFORM", it's top rating.

So they took PTSC from top rated to unrated in one step. I found no explanation of the change in the Reuters 11/21 report.
