I have also wondered about where is Alliacense... My theory is they will hold on to signing deals until we have some movement on the PTO review... then they will announce the signing... This will give the appearances that companies are running to get signed up.... This is all speculation but it is what would do!!! It all about appearances....

I hope we hear some news next week anything will do... Crossflo Talis Nupower Holocom...
