Accounted for a total of 860,000 shares ....... total volume that day was 1,789,200.

Assume that there was 50% buys and 50% sells on the volume...which of course probably did not happen.... ( looks like RG had to wait till 11.21 to get his order filled)

of the total 894,600 shares bought on 11/20 - the BOD accounted for 96% of buying that day.
