First let me wish you a Happy Thanksgiving and know it is my fervent hope and wish that you and yours are together this day and everyday if not in person then always in spirit. In happiness and joy that the sun will most assuredly come up tomorrow and there will be another day to thank God for. I was not trying to bash in this post but just but it was just my third thought over the past week on why the rash of Ball oard share buying within a week of each other.

My other ideas included that the Board members were being pushed to buy by D. Leckrone, who I feel holds tremendous pressure over the ptsc board. When he says jump they say how high. The second opinion is that the board knows something is about to happen. So that it is not insider buying but that they just might have a "real" good idea that something is going to happen but are not over 50% sure which would technically allow them to buy. This 3rd opinion regarding using bonus money only makes sense based upon the time of year. To answer your question I do not know if bonus's have been paid in the past but it would not surprise me if they had over the past three years when the coffers of Patriot were flush. The only thing I can say for almost certain is that there is a reason that most of the members of the board to have decided to buy enmass at this time. What it is I really do not know but my speculation does not include coincidence. I am sorry you felt that I might be bashing. As I wrote, better late then never and if any one of my three reasons is valid who cares as each one means better days for their share price but more importantly for ours!
