Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't it true that PTSC has never lost a court case concering the MMP?

I seem to recall that maybe some claims were dismissed on certain patents, but that overall a suit has never been completely dismissed.

Point being, even with all the wrangling over jurisdiction, witnesses, etc. the TPL Group has done a tremendous job of making sure of patent infringement before filing suit, or of even putting on notice companies that have infringed the MMP.

So I sit buying at lows, awaiting a favorable USPTO ruling, favorable court rulings, and news of further licensing.

Oh, and respectable results and positive guidance from Crossflo and Holocom.
